Most of what we hear from customers falls into two buckets: confirming a cover will fit a specific truck (especially with a RamBox or a Frontier’s utility track rails), or deciding between the retractable and hard tri-fold styles. Both go faster if you send your truck’s make, model year, and bed length. If you’ve already ordered through Amazon, order status and shipping run through your Amazon account directly, but we’re glad to help with fitment or product questions either way.

Will this fit my Ram 1500 if it has RamBox?
No. Aosky’s Ram 1500 covers are built for trucks without the RamBox cargo management system. Send us your truck’s year and trim if you’re not sure whether you have RamBox.
Will this fit my Frontier if it has utility track rails?
No. The Aosky Frontier cover isn’t compatible with beds that have factory utility track rails installed. Check your bed for raised track channels along the rail before ordering.
Which cover style should I get?
If you want full, unobstructed bed access without removing anything, go with the retractable cover. If you’d rather have a lower profile with independent panel access, go with the hard tri-fold. Email us your truck details if you want a second opinion.
Can I request a fitment for a truck that isn’t listed?
Yes — send us the make, model, model year, and bed length and we’ll let you know if a fitment is planned.
How do I check on an order I placed on Amazon?
Since orders are completed and fulfilled through Amazon, order status, shipping, and returns are handled directly through your Amazon account. We’re happy to help with fitment or product questions in the meantime.
Do you offer installation support?
