Two Cover Styles. Five Trucks. Built to Actually Lock and Seal.

Aosky keeps the lineup focused — retractable aluminum covers and hard tri-fold covers, built around a dual-lock design and real weatherproof sealing.

Built Around the Lock and the Seal

A lot of tonneau covers get sold on looks first. We built the Aosky lineup around two things that actually determine whether a cover does its job: a lock that holds at both ends of the cover, not just one latch point, and a sealing system that keeps water out through rain, snow, and even a truck wash.

That focus shows up differently depending on the style — a dual-lock mechanism on the retractable covers, dual-end locks and triple-layer seals on the hard tri-fold covers — but the underlying priority is the same across the lineup.

Two Styles, Two Core Materials

Retractable covers use aluminum slats with a matte black powder-coat finish, sliding into a low canister for full bed access. Hard tri-fold covers use an FRP-PP exterior over an aluminum honeycomb core, folding into three independently openable panels. Both are rated to support up to 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight.

Five Trucks, No Universal Fit

The Ford F-150, Toyota Tundra, Toyota Tacoma, Dodge Ram 1500, and Nissan Frontier are each covered by a listing matched to a specific bed length — the Tundra and Ram 1500 across two bed lengths each. There’s no stretch-to-fit cover in the lineup.

Fitment Exclusions We’re Upfront About

Before comparing styles, check for known exclusions. The Ram 1500 covers are built for trucks without the RamBox cargo system — the raised bin lids aren’t compatible with the mounting hardware. The Frontier cover doesn’t fit beds with factory utility track rails installed. Both are stated clearly on the product listing, not buried in a manual you get after ordering.

What’s Standard Across the Lineup

Regardless of which style or truck you’re shopping for, these are included, not sold as add-ons.

Dual-Lock Security

A locking mechanism at both ends of the cover on every style, not just a single latch point.

500 lb Load Rating

Every cover in the lineup supports up to 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight on the closed top.

Weatherproof Sealing

Integrated seals and drainage keep the bed dry through rain, snow, and truck washes.

No-Drill Mounting

Clamps and brackets only — no drilling into your truck bed on any cover in the lineup.

Exact Bed Length Fitment

Every listing is matched to a specific bed length, not a stretch-to-fit universal cover.

Replacement Parts Available

Seal kits, latch kits, and mounting hardware sold separately so a worn part doesn’t mean a new cover.

Common Questions About Aosky

What people usually want to know before their first order.

Why does Aosky only sell two cover styles?

A retractable and a hard tri-fold cover between them handle most of what shoppers are looking for — full bed access or a lower profile with independent panel access. If you need a different style, like a soft roll-up or hinged cover, that’s outside what’s currently offered here.

Do you make covers for trucks outside your current lineup?

The current lineup covers five truck models. If your truck and bed length aren’t listed, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll let you know if a fitment is planned.

Are Aosky covers sold anywhere besides this site?

All Aosky covers ship and fulfill through Amazon. Every product page on this site links directly to the listing for your exact truck and bed length.
